Recipe for ADORABLE

Today we thought we would share a fun little project you can make for your favorite kidlet. (It's so dang cute - you might want to make one for yourself too!)

We know a couple of kids that LOVE to help out in the kitchen. One of them even reads cookbooks in their spare time!  So we decided to make the future chef and baker their own special recipe box, recipe card holder, and apron.

Recipe for ADORABLE:

- 1 canvas apron
- 1 tin box (wood or carboard works too!)
- 1 XL clothes pin
- craft paint and sealer
- recipe cards (we found a really cute stamp set)
- coordinating patterned paper
- some cute ribbon and embellies

The rest is up to you! Deisgn and create to your hearts content.  The only recommendation we have is to use a spray on sealer after you paint everything - that way the paint wont run if it gets wet.

And if you are looking for something to fill that box - be sure to check out the Creative Chic Parade. Can you guess what the theme is today - RECIPES!

Oh and there is still time to get some BLOG CANDY! Leave a comment on our post below and you will be entered to win!

Happy Craftin!

More Canvas Art

A few months back, we shared an Alphabet Canvas Project, and today we're sharing a few more canvas creations.

These were created for Kelli's daughters room. We used a little acrylic craft paint, a few 8x10 canvas', a butterfly punch, our trusty Cricut, some bits of ribbon, and a few scraps of paper.

Easy project with BIG IMPACT!!!
